Dalfen America Corp. (DAC) today announced it was named the country’s top Real Estate Investor Operating Company in 2016 by National Real Estate Investor (NREI). The award was announced during IMN’s annual U.S. Opportunity Funds Forum in New York, which is the largest Private Equity Real Estate conference in the country. The award honors the top performing firms that have significantly contributed to the commercial real estate industry over the past 12 months.

Over the last 3 months, DAC has acquired 26 buildings for approximately $150 million across various metro markets in the United States. Dalfen plans to continue this momentum and remain one of the most active buyers of industrial real estate in North America.
