Dalfen’s accounting team handles financial records and reporting for every project, from purchase through operation and disposal. This includes all standard financial statements as well as any additional financial statements required by individual users. Financial reporting is done monthly, quarterly and annually. Our Accounting team works closely with Asset Management to create budgets and financial forecasts for each property in our portfolio.
