Dalfen America Corp. Breaks Ground on Fulfillment Center in McKinney

Dalfen America Corp. broke ground on its new fulfillment center May 1 at 1581 Corporate Drive, McKinney. The Class A, speculative industrial building is expected to be complete in November and will offer an additional 115,176 square feet to two other buildings Dalfen owns and manages in McKinney. According to a press release, the rear-load facility will include up to 155 parking spaces, 26 dock doors and two drive-in doors.
